From 20 December 1822 the highway has been in disrepair in the parish of East Harlsey from a gate across the highway at the north-east end of Dibdale Lane south-westward to a gate across the highway at the south-west end of Dibdale Lane, being 1466 yards in length and 20 feet in breadth

Newsome is responsible for repairs by reason of his tenure of lands adjoining the highway
