Description | Paper to move at the Easter Sessions 1824 to respite the indictment of the inhabitants of the township of Fylingdales for not repairing the highway. The highway was indicted at the Easter Sessions 1823. Considerable repairs were done before the last January Sessions, but part of the road gave way during the winter. Further repairs have been carried out since February, but the township have agreed with the prosecutors Thomas Stephenson and Alexander Blount that the indictment should be respited rather than discharged |
