DescriptionBill of indictment of Joseph Deacon labourer and Thomas Langstaff labourer, both late of Reeth, for causing £5 worth of damage to 20 arborvitaes, ten variegated hollies, ten other hollies, ten laurels, ten rhododendrons, 20 trees, 20 shrubs, and 20 saplings, the property of Walter Hall and others, and which were in a pleasure ground adjoining and belonging to the dwelling house of the said Walter Hall and others

Also for doing £5 worth of damage to 20 arborvitaes, ten variegated hollies, ten other hollies, ten laurels, ten rhododendrons, 20 trees, 20 shrubs, and 20 saplings, the property of Robert Clarke and others, and which were in a pleasure ground belonging to the said Robert Clarke and others
