- Thomas Tyreman and William Pearson. Indicted for stealing 44 pecks of red wheat, the property of Richard Hindson. Acquitted by the jury
- Hannah MacLoughlin. Guilty of stealing a bonnet, the property of Joseph Featherstone. Sentenced to be imprisoned in the House of Correction with hard labour for three calendar months and one month solitary - James Miller. Guilty of stealing a pig, the property of George Fewler. Sentenced to be imprisoned in the House of Correction for six calendar months with hard labour
- Joseph Deacon. Guilty of stealing 20 arborvitaes, ten variegated hollies, ten other hollies, ten rhododendrons, ten laurels, and other shrubs, the property of Walter Hall and others. Sentenced to be imprisoned in the House of Correction for one calendar month
- Thomas Langstaff. Indicted for the same offence as Joseph Deacon. Acquitted by the jury
- George Graham the elder. Indicted for stealing a poke, the property of Ann Heugh. Acquitted by the jury
- John Kirby. Indicted for obtaining £8 and £2 by false pretences from William Thurnham. Acquitted by the jury
- Michael Metcalfe the younger. Guilty of assaulting James Hudson of Carlton Miniott. Sentenced to be imprisoned in the House of Correction for one calendar month with hard labour and to pay a fine of 6s - George Graham the younger. Pleaded guilty to assaulting Stephen Wood constable of Romanby. Sentenced to be imprisoned in the House of Correction for 14 days with hard labour and to pay a fine of 6s
