DescriptionBill of indictment of Thomas Fidler miner and John Fidler labourer, both late of the township of Stokesley, for causing a nuisance by damaging the highway leading from Guisborough to Stokesley during a time of hard frost in the winter season, in driving two carts belonging to Thomas Fidler, each cart drawn by one horse, and laden with stone which had been dug in the township of Newton for the use of the township of Stokesley
