A new highway had been made which was 1,497 yards in length and an average of eight yards in breadth

- undated order that the order to stop-up a bridleway and footway in Hartoft should be confirmed and enrolled among the records of Quarter Sessions

- notice dated 28 August 1833 that an order dated 26 August 1833 will be lodged with the Clerk of the Peace at the next Quarter Sessions, and will be confirmed and enrolled, unless there is any appeal
