TitleMotion paper relating to the removal of Sarah Metcalfe
DescriptionPaper to move the court at the Michaelmas Sessions 1833 to discharge an order of removal in an appeal of the churchwardens and overseers of the poor of the township of Romanby (appellants) against the churchwardens and overseers of the poor of the township of Ellingtons (respondents) relating to the removal of Sarah Metcalfe singlewoman. Henry Hirst will prove that he served the parish officers of Ellingtons with notices of appeal on 3 October 1833.
