- Robert Fishpool of Stillington labourer. Inquest held on 6 May 1834. Verdict: died by the visitation of God in a natural way

- George Waites of Carlton Husthwaite aged 7 years. Inquest held on 29 May 1834. Verdict: died by a roller going over him at Carlton Husthwaite

- William Johnson of Helperby labourer. Inquest held on 8 August 1834. Verdict: died by falling through the roof of a barn at Helperby
