| Description | Proposal that a deputation from the magistrates should be appointed to attend the General Gaol Sessions at York at the next Assizes to obtain a new apportionment of the General County Rate, and the reduction of costs allowed at the Assizes to the same scale as allowed by the Clerks of the Peace of the three Ridings. The deputation should consist of any Visiting Justices, members of the Finance Committee and other magistrates for whom it is convenient to attend |
