They intend to apply at the next Quarter Sessions for an order to be made for Bosomworth to reimburse the township for the maintenance of the bastard daughter of Ann Thompson singlewoman, born on 2 July 1835 and chargeable to the township from 16 November 1835
Instructions to counsel to move at the Easter Sessions 1836 for an order for Thomas Bosomworth to pay maintenance for the bastard daughter of Ann Thompson. The application should have been made at the Christmas Sessions 1836, but Bosomworth absconded and the notice could not be served.
