Robert Clarke of the township of Yarm weaver had forfeited £40 for not appearing at the previous Sessions to prefer a bill of indictment against Esther Sawdon for felony. Clarke has since died , leaving no effects. The Sheriff is required to discharge the sum of £40 from the Estreat Roll for the Christmas Sessions 1836 |
