Description | Notice dated 10 June 1836 from the overseers of the poor of the township of Yarm to Francis Pinckney of the parish of Danby shoemaker. They intend to apply at the next Quarter Sessions for an order to be made for Pinckney to reimburse the township of Yarm for the maintenance and support of the bastard daughter of Jane Wrightson singlewoman. The child was born on 13 August 1835 and became chargeable to the township on 25 April 1836. Endorsed with admission of Francis Pinckney that he is the father of the child and with his agreement to pay maintenance
