- Fanny Welbank aged 33 years, living in the Kirby Moorside workhouse. She is of weak intellect, never confined, and has been a lunatic from youth

- Mary Humpleby aged 38 years, living in the Kirby Moorside workhouse. She is an idiot, never confined, and has been a lunatic from youth

- Mary Wedgewood aged 18 years, living in the Kirby Moorside workhouse. She is weak minded, never confined, and has been a lunatic from youth

- Nathaniel Speight aged 37 years, living with his sister. He is an idiot, never confined, and has been a lunatic from youth

- Sarah Wilson aged 19 years, living with another pauper. She is an idiot, never confined, and has been a lunatic from youth
