With certificate of conviction of Bell Tinker late of the House of Correction at Northallerton for aiding and abetting some person or persons unknown at the parish of Thirsk in stealing one shawl, the property of the said Robert Stringer, and taken from his person. Tinker was sentenced to hard labour at the House of Correction at Northallerton for four calendar months. Certificate dated 16 October 1852
