With certificate of conviction at the Quarter Sessions held at Northallerton on 30 June 1846 of Peter Haw late of the House of Correction at Northallerton labourer for stealing one gilt pig and one other pig, the property of John Dixon, at the township of Ainderby Quernhow. Haw was sentenced to hard labour at the House of Correction at Northallerton for six calendar months. Certificate dated 30 March 1853
