DescriptionJudgement that Benjamin Walls and John Jordison surveyors of the highways of the township of Sutton under Whitestonecliffe have still not repaired part of the highway in the township of Sutton under Whitestonecliffe in the division of Birdforth, beginning where an occupation lane leads from the road towards a farm house occupied by William Newsham, near some limekilns on the left of the road going eastwards, and extending towards a place where there are stones to mark the boundary between the townships of Sutton under Whitestonecliffe and Cold Kirby, being 49 yards from the top of Hambleton Bank, being 1,429 yards in length and seven yards in breadth; on the oaths of George Farrah, Brian Tebbett and Robert Easby of the township of Sowerby near Thirsk land surveyor
