DescriptionRecognizance made by Isabella Chapman of Thirsk in the parish of Thirsk widow for her appearance at the next Quarter Sessions to prefer a bill of indictment against Jane Ridsdale for breaking into her home on three occasions, stealing two large square muslin neckerchiefs on the first occasion; one pair of black worsted stockings, a pair of grey socks, a flannel petticoat, a small woollen shawl, a small checked silk neckerchief, a knitted woollen dress improver, four table napkins, seven earthenware plates, four earthenware dishes, and a small shawl on the second occasion; and a half-pound weight of soap, a half-pound weight of cheese, five apples and an ounce of tea on the third occasion; all the property of the said Isabella Chapman
