With certificate of conviction at the Quarter Sessions held at Northallerton on 16 October 1855 of Martha Jackson late of the House of Correction at Northallerton for stealing £15 in money and one tin box, the property of Elizabeth Wilson, and taken from the dwelling house of John Wilson. Jackson was sentenced to hard labour at the House of Correction at Northallerton for three calendar months. Certificate dated 25 June 1858
