DescriptionLetter from John S. Peacock, Town Clerk, at the Town Clerk's Office, Corporation Hall, Middlesbrough to John Topham deputy Sheriff. James Taylor has been summoned to attend the Grand Jury at Northallerton on Wednesday. He has been a member of the Town Council of the borough of Middlesbrough since 1858, but as such he is not only exempt but disqualified from serving on juries. Therefore Mr Taylor will not be attending the Sessions
