With certificate of conviction at the Quarter Sessions for county Durham held at Durham on 13 October 1862 of Robert Bilcliffe for stealing one gold watch and one gold watch guard, the property of Mavin Dawson and taken from Dawson's person. Bilcliffe was sentenced to hard labour at the House of Correction at Durham for six calendar months. Certificate dated 22 June 1863
