- letter dated 30 December 1863 from Donner Woodall at Scarborough to T.T. Trevor, Clerk of the Peace at Northallerton relating to the case against the inhabitants of Stainton Dale. They expect the defendants to have obtained a writ of certiorari, but even if they haven't, then the case will be respited by consent |
