| Description | Bill of indictment of Edwin Williams for obtaining 1s 6d from Joseph Walker servant to Christopher Cradock esquire of Hartforth Hall by falsely pretending that he had taken a photographic likeness on a glass plate of a group of 17 of Cradock's servants and could supply a printed copy to each of the servants. He also obtained sums of 1s 6d from Matilda Philipson, Thomas Binks and Francis Deighton by the same false pretences
