- order dated 21 November 1868 relating to Thomas Robinson now in the North Riding Asylum. Robinson had been taken to the Asylum from the township of Leavening in the parish of Acklam in the East Riding, which was part of the Malton Union. His permanent place of residence was West Lutton in the township of Luttons Ambo in the East Riding, part of the Driffield Union, and therefore the Guardians of the Driffield Union are ordered to repay the money expended on Robinson by the Guardians of the Malton Union, and to pay for his future maintenance [2 copies]

- notice dated 19 December 1868 given by the Guardians of the Poor of the Driffield Union of their intention to appeal at the Next Quarter Sessions against an order of two Justices date 21 November 1868 where they were ordered to pay for Thomas Robinson a pauper lunatic in the North Riding Asylum. The grounds given are that Robinson never resided at West Lutton or in the township of Luttons Ambo, as stated in the order; and was not legally settled in the Driffield Union
