With certificate of conviction at the Quarter Sessions for the borough of Berwick upon Tweed held on 4 January 1867 of George Donald Frazer servant to John Campbell for stealing one horse sheet, one bridle, one pair of stirrup irons, one pair of spurs, one pair of kneecaps, one bit, one hunting thong, one pair of scissors, one dandy brush, two coverlets, two woollen shirts, one woollen shawl, four scarves and one wincey shirt, the property of the said John Campbell, on 27 December 1866; and also for receiving the stolen goods. Frazer, who had previously been convicted of felony at the Petty Sessions held at South Shields on 15 February 1865, was sentenced to penal servitude for five years. Certificate dated 28 March 1871 |
