With certificate of conviction at the Quarter Sessions for county Durham held at Durham on 20 February 1867of John Massetter for breaking into the dwelling house of William Hodgson Fairclough in the parish of Bishopwearmouth in county Durham and stealing two sheets and one table cloth the property of the said William Hodgson Fairclough, at Bishopwearmouth on 17 January 1867. Massetter was sentenced to penal servitude for seven years. Certificate dated 3 May 1873
