With certificate of conviction at the Quarter Sessions held at Northallerton on 5 January 1869 of Benjamin Bell for stealing 6s, the property of George Hutchinson and taken from his person, at the parish of Thirsk on 20 November 1868. Bell, with a previous conviction for felony, was sentenced to hard labour at the House of Correction at Northallerton for six calendar months. Certificate dated 5 April 1878
