With certificate of conviction at the Quarter Sessions for the East Riding held at Beverley on 2 January 1877 of Maria Bennet and Mary Power for stealing one fowl, two ducks and two bags, the property of Edward Nesfield. Bennet and Power were each sentenced to hard labour at the House of Correction at Beverley for six calendar months. Certificate dated 27 March 1878
