With certificate of conviction at felony at the Quarter Sessions held Northallerton on 2 July 1878 of Ann O'Neill for stealing 12 yards of brown alpaca, six yards of blue alpaca, one blue French merino dress, one woollen shawl, two white flannel petticoats and four and a half yards of shirting, the property of Christopher Johnson, at the parish of Coatham on 15 August 1877. O'Neill, who had a previous conviction for felony, was sentenced to hard labour at the prison at Northallerton for six calendar months. Certificate dated 25 June 1879
