With certificate of conviction at the police court for Stockton on Tees in county Durham on 5 June 1879 of Peter Ragan and James Ragan alias McNiff for stealing a quantity of rags and bones value 10s, the property of the Justices of the Peace, at the parish of Sedgefield in county Durham on 29 May 1879. Ragan was sentenced to be imprisoned in the prison at Durham. Certificate dated 18 March 1880
