Description | Bill of indictment of Edward Elliker Richardson for obstructing and encroaching on a highway in the township of Marton in the parish of Sinnington by building two stone walls 55 feet from each other opposite two dwelling houses and his shop
The obstructed highway leads from a highway between the villages of Sinnington and Marton near a point where it enters the village of Marton at the east end of the village and passes through the village alongside houses on the north side of the village to the highway between the villages of Marton and Normanby near a point where the highway leaves the village of Marton at the west end of the village. It has been obstructed since 10 December 1880
