Attached is a certificate of conviction at the Quarter Sessions for the borough of Birmingham held at Birmingham on 14 April 1875. Thomas Jackson late of the borough of Birmingham was convicted of breaking into the dwelling house of Swain Bourne in the borough of Birmingham with intent to steal, on 23 March 1875. Jackson, who had a previous conviction for felony, was sentenced to hard labour at the gaol of the borough of Birmingham for 15 calendar months and then to police supervision for 12 months |
