With certificate of conviction at a Petty Sessional court held at Hartlepool on 25 August 1882 of Margaret Ann Rowe for stealing a watch, albert, jacket, dress, two petticoats, chemise, drawers, waist, two neckties, cuffs, bracelets and a pair of boots, the property of Walter Cook, at the township of Hartlepool in the borough of Hartlepool on 21 August 1882. Rowe was sentenced to hard labour at the prison at Durham for two calendar months. Certificate dated 31 March 1883
