| Description | Bill of indictment of Frank Lower and Ellen Lower for obtaining 10s from Eliza Binington by falsely pretending to her that there was a bed and several other things for sale at a gentleman's house near the church in Saltburn, and that the gentleman was willing to sell the Lowers a flock bed and pillows, bolster and sheets, and a gentleman's "left-off" clothes for 9s. Frank Lower wanted to borrow 10s to buy the articles.
