Certificate of conviction by two Justices at the parish of Guisborough on 17 May 1881 of James Lee of North Ormesby labourer for killing one hare on land at West Coatham in the parish of Wilton occupied by Catharine Wallis at 10 o'clock at night on 10 May 1881. Lee was sentenced to hard labour at the prison at Northallerton for three calendar months, and afterwards was to make a recognizance for good behaviour for a year or to be imprisoned with hard labour for a further six months. Certificate dated 1 January 1887



Memorandum of conviction by two Justices at the township of Stranton in county Durham on 27 July 1883 of George Clay of the township of Stranton in county Durham for entering a close of land occupied by John Bradley, with nets for the purpose of taking game, at the township of Thorpe Bulmer in county Durham at 10 o'clock at night on 25 July 1883. Clay was sentenced to hard labour at the prison at Durham for three months and afterwards was to make a recognizance for good behaviour for a year or to be imprisoned with hard labour for a further six months. Certificate dated 3 January 1887



Memorandum of conviction at the Petty Sessional division of Stockton Ward in county Durham on 14 December 1885 of George Clay of Hartlepool for taking rabbits in a close occupied by the Marquiss of Londonderry at the parish of Grindon in county Durham at 3 o'clock at night on 14 December 1885. Clay was sentenced to hard labour at the prison at Durham for three calendar months and afterwards was to make a recognizance for good behaviour for a year or to be imprisoned with hard labour for a further six months. Certificate dated 1 January 1887
