- Thomas Hall aged 50 years, chargeable to the Common Fund and sent to the North Riding Lunatic Asylum on 7 April 1855. His weekly cost of maintenance is 9s 4d; he is a lunatic, dangerous to others, of dirty habits, and how long he has been of unsound mind is unknown. He is extremely destructive

- John Lincoln aged 53 years, chargeable to the Common Fund and sent to the North Riding Lunatic Asylum on 10 December 1859. His weekly cost of maintenance is 9s 4d; he is a lunatic, dangerous to others, not of dirty habits, and has been of unsound mind since 1853
