- George Danby of Glen Esk near Whitby, owner of five swine slaughtered at Glen Esk in Hawsker on 11 October 1887

- William Sedman of Ruswarp village, owner of one swine slaughtered at the Carrs in Ruswarp on 12 October 1887

- Thomas Coulson of Aislaby, owner of ten swine slaughtered on farm premises at Aislaby on various dates in November 1887
