| Description | Petition from the property owners and ratepayers of Kirby Moorside district relating to the bridge over the river Dove at Keldholme. There is a lot of traffic in the area, and on both sides the approaches to the bridge are difficult, and serious accidents are frequently taking place. The construction of the bridge impedes the flow of water and the houses nearby have frequently been flooded and the road made impassable. They ask that the bridge be declared a county bridge repairable by the North Riding
