- John Armstrong of Wilton, owner of four swine slaughtered at Prospect House Farm, Wilton, on 10 May 1888

- Harriet Pinkney of East Gate, Pickering, owner of two swine slaughtered at Pinkneys Buildings, Pickering, on 3 June 1888

- John Hood of Costa Mill, Pickering, owner of two swine slaughtered at Costa Mill, Aislaby, on 10 June 1888

- Mary Kitching of Castle Gate, Pickering, owner of two swine slaughtered at Kitchings Yard, Pickering, on 11 June 1888
