the Manor of Hackness, the manor house and rectory and lands and tenements in Hackness, Everly [Everley], Suffield, Silpho, Broxa, Burniston, Harwooddale [Harwood Dale], Wintringham and Settrington and manorial incidents and appurtenances

Proviso calls for repayment of £2625 in the Common Dining Hall of the Inner Temple, i.e, £62 10s 0d on 7 August 1708 and £2562 10s 0d residue on 7 February then following when Rachell Windham will re-convey the premises

In default of such payments Rachell Windham to enter into the premises and receive the rents and profits from the same, discharged from all former gifts, grants, dowers, uses, mortgages, recognizances and incumbrances whatsoever (a certain 1000 years term in the premises, granted by Sir John Sydenham Bt. deceased to Rt. Hon. Philip Earl of Leicester, now vested in Edward Chute and William Langueville, and also the freehold and inheritance of the said manor and premises conveyed to and vested in the Rt. Hon. Richard Freeman Esq. and Anthony Keck of London and their heirs, both for securing to Freeman and Keck £10,000 and interested excepted)
Peaceable possession by John Vanden Bempde until such default is made
Covenant for further assurance by John Vanden Bempde
