Now for £4000 paid to Keck by John Vanden Bempde and for £6000 paid to Keck as follows, £4000 by John Vanden Bempde
and £2000 by Ward, totalling £10,000, which Keck acknowledges, and for 5s paid to Shute and Longueville by Ward, parties 1 by direction of Keck and by appointment of John Vanden Bempde, assign and confirm to Ward
