The Manor of Hacimess, the manor house and the rectory and lands and tenements in Hackness, Everly [Everley], Suffield, Silpho, Broxa, Burniston, Harwooddale [Harwood Dale], Winteringham and Settrington
And the lately disparked park called North Firth and Little Park 1118ac in Tonbridge Hadlowe and Shipborne, Kent
And messuages, lands and tenements, gardens and orchards appurtenant...
Eight parcels called the Islands 20ac in Hadlow or Tonbridge, parcel of lands called the Posterne
Four parcels, 14ac, in Hadlow or Tonbridge
Eight parcels, now divided into nine in Hadlowe, containing 24ac
Several parcels of land and wood called Newtrench 100ac in Tonbridge and Hadlowe
And messuages, farms and lands in Tilehurts, Berkshire: i.e. one farm in Churchend Tithing and lands etc containing 80ac
A coppice of 2ac called Justice Coppice
Parcel of meadow containing 14ac, part of Langley Mead
Another farm called Oakhams Farm alias Grove Lands in Northcote Tithing, 100ac. Another farm there, 34ac. Farm in Shudwicke Tithing and coppice called Box-grove, containing together 55ac. Farm in Theal Tithing or Northstreet Tithing and 3ac coppice, containing together 52ac

And parties 1 also conveys to Gell and Gee

Feefarm rent of £84 issuing out of the manor of Lowth in County Lincolnshire, lately payable by the Wardens and Assistants of Lowth

To uses and trusts as hereunder specified
Habendum to Gell and Gee to use of John Vanden Bempde and his assigns for his life..., and from his death, to use of Moyser and Ashurst for 500 years term from John Vanden Bempde‘s death
And from determination of the 500 years term, to use of Philip Abraham Vanden Bempde for his life and from determination, to use of Gell and Gee during Philip's life to preserve contingent remainders, but permitting Philip to receive rents, issues and profits, and so in tail male, and provision for daughters
Moyser and Ashurst to levy or raise by leasing sale or mortgage £4000 for portion of Charlotte at 24 years or marriage and in the meantime to raise maintenance for her and Philip: under 12 £100, over 12 and under 18 £200, and 18 to 24 or marriage £400
Residue, to uses as John Vanden Bempde may direct by will or deed
Provisions should Charlotte marry without consent of Moyser and Ashurst etc. Should she inherit the estate the £4000 not to be paid
Power of Philip after death of John Vanden Eempde to lease or devise any part of premises not exceeding £700 per annum, for jointure of any future wife of his and similarly provide portions for his children
Power of John Vanden Bempde to revoke the above uses and trusts by deed or will
