For the barring and extinguishing of all right, title and claim to dower which Temperance may have : parties 1 covenant to levy Fine to parties 2 of

Manor of Hackness, capital mansion house and rectory of the same and lands and tenements (as in above documents) plus Barnecliffe, Moreyhead, Hutton Bushell and Ayton) and tithes of wool and lamb, corn and hay belonging to Hackness, and a portion of the tithes of wool and lamb in Wykeham arising out of 2 parcels called Langdon and Maurigg a messuage and hereditaments at East end of Langdon and a place called Hillay Green

To enure and to be to use of Moyser and Ward, in trust to dispose of same from time to time as John Vanden Bempde may appoint and in meantime or in default of such appointment in trust for John Vanden Bempde his heirs and assigns
