which were by will of John Vanden Bempde devised in trust and by will of Charlotte Marchioness of Annandale deceased were devised to Charles York, William Belasyse, Timothy Carr and Joseph Godfrey, upon trusts
Habendum to Sir William Ashurst, upon trusts as specified in John Vanden Bempdes will And as to the sum of £36,503 15s 3d or remainder of same, secured by several adjudications, and other securities affecting the now Marquess of Annandale by orders of the Court of Chancery, and manors and estates charged with the same, and testators right and interest therein and in and to all other personalty of John Vanden Bempde, as surviving devised Devises and bequeaths same to Sir William Ashurst to uses as limited in John Vanden Bempde's will
