Recites that it is not her intention to revoke two former wills, one made for the better execution of trusts in her fathers will, John Vanden Bempde and the other of 50 September 1754, made for the settling and securing of the real and trust estates in her family and descendants from death of her son George Vanden Bempde now Marquess of Annandale, without issue She now desires to be buried in Westminster Abbey, and wishes her son the Marquess to be buried in the same place Gives the care, tuition and guardianship of her only daughter Charlotta Henrietta Johnstone, to the Rt Hon Lady Margaret Dalzell of Scotland during daughters minority To her son the Marquess, one pair of silver candlesticks marked with C:A and a coronet, to the intent that he may have no further dhim on her effects, he being by his present unhappy condition incapable of enjoying the same and having already a very ample provision. Also to the same son £50 for mourning and £20 to her son Richard Bempae Johnstone and £20 to Catherine Johnstone his wife. £20 to son Charles Jobnstone for mourning As she has already or will in her lifetime, make sufficient provision for Charles and Richard her sons, bequeaths to daughter Charlotta Henrietta Johnstone, all household goods, furniture, plate, jewels, linen, ready money, arrears of testators jointure, and residual personalty, after payment of debts and funeral expenses, and excepting parts of personalty that she may otherwise dispose of by a codicil If she dies during minority of daughter Charlotta, she is to receive all ready money in the house at that time for her immediate support and maintenance She appoints William Belasyse of Brancepeth Castle, Co Durham and Timothy Carr of Scotland Yard, Esq. executors as far as concerns her own personal affairs, they being reimbursed for their costs etc. She confirms the two previous wills
