acknowledge John Vanden Bempde to be lord of the manor of Hackness and of the soil and wastes and commons thereunto belonging
And that they only claim common of pasure on the High Moors called Harewood Dale Moors in respect of their several freeholds, and common of turbary on the moors for the use of their houses in Harewood Dale
They disclaim any right to sell turves or ling from the said moors, or to any right of common or to get turf and ling on Silpho Moor or on any other of the wastes or moors belonging to the said manor, but only on Harewood Dale Moors
