TitleAgreement to prosecute trespassers on Lowmouth Moors and Harewood [Harwood] Dale Moor
DescriptionReciting that there are within the Manor of Hackness, open commons, moors or wastes called Lowmouth Moors and Harewood Dale Moors and that several people not owning property or any right on the moors, have dug up turves, whins etc and committed other trespass and encroachments, to the prejudice of The Most Noble George Vanden Bempde, Marquess of Annandale, lord of the manor and of other freeholders
Now it is mutually agreed between those attaching their hands and seals to the document that an action or suit will be commenced against any person so trespassing or damaging
John Hebb, steward of the Marquess, to act for them as their attorney and to conduct any such action

Covenants for payments to Hebb, joint prosectuions and they bind themselves in £100
