Messuages and tenements and 4 oxgangs of land, with yards, gardens, buildings and closes, including those lately taken in and improved from the wastes all in Everley and formerly occupied by Robert Awdons, Matthew Awdons, William Fuister, Robert Migar, Francis Stirriker, widow, John Stirriker and Mary Rowse
commonable places in Harwooddale [Harwood Dale], Silpho, Suffield, Hackness and Broxa so long as they lie open and unenclosed
Also liberty to grave, cut and carry away turves on the commons each year in such places as Sir Thomas Posthumus Hoby may appoint
(Woods and underwoods, mines and quarries, ingress, egress and regress to same, excepted)
