Reciting that John Bempde has appointed Joseph Dickinson his steward for collection of rents out of premises in Hackness, Suffield, Silpho, Everly, Broxey [Broxa], Burneston and Harewooddale [Harwood Dale]... Now, the condition of this bond is that if Joseph Dickinson at all times account for and pay to John Bempde or person appointed by him, all money which he shall receive as the rents and profits of the lands and tenements above-mentioned, and make up every year an account of the receipts and payments and deliver the same to John Bempde and act honestly and justly in the recovering of the rents etc then the obligation to be void
