Clarkson has given a warrant of attorney directed to Mr John Lilly to appear for him at suit of Abraham Vanden Bempde and to confess a judgement for £600 and cost.
Abraham Vanden Bempde covenants that if Samuel Clarkson pays £300 within 30 days after death of Robert Clarkson, Samuel Clarkson's father he will acknowledge satisfaction upon record for the said judgement and meantime will not take in execution the body, lands or goods of Samuel Clarkson |
