Now Abraham Vanden Bempde agrees that if Samuel Clarkson die in lifetime of his father and unmarried, no execution shall be sued out on the Judgement and same shall be void, but if Samuel Clarkson marry in the lifetime of his father or survive his father, then if Samuel Clarkson within six weeks after his marriage in lifetime of his father, or death of Robert pay to Abraham Vanden Bempde £1000, no execution shall be sued |
